I really don't know what to do now. I came here 4 1/2 years through fiancé visa. He filed my status but there's a problem because he didn't reach the requirement showing that he can afford to sponsor me. His salary is too small. So we stop there and never file my papers anymore. Last week my husand told me that he don't like to be married to me anymore. I'm shock and I cried all the time. I don't have any relatives, friends here. I also have a son on him. He want us to leave and go back to my country. Is there anything I can do to stay here in US? I can't work because I don't have a green card. One thing more I don't have money for attorney. Please I need advice. Thanks
