Hi Every One
I passed My interview 8-23-06 , and my case checked by another officer and ready to go at 9-15-06, i had 6 info pass in all the officers told me:
FBL Namecheck OK. Background Check OK. Fingerprint OK
Supervisor Officer Check OK. File RAdey to go for Oath ceremony
and every 2 weeks I go tey said Same Answer : Ready For Oath Letter Will send To you , Nothing YET!!!!
120 Days Almost Done , and from 9-15-06 till Now more than 4- Oath In Los Angeles Done ,
Any Idea PLease?????

Triple Citizen is right. You will have to proceed with the Lawsuit. Since the Lawsuit costs money, effort and time I would recommend waiting until after the holidays, and scheduling one last InfoPass in early January and then filing the Lawsuit. The Lawsuit can be filed 120 days after the interview and you interview was in 8-23-06 and 120 days is 12-23-06 (Approx.). So wait until the holdiays are over. Schedule one last InfoPass in January and file the Lawsuit.
 
Also consider contacting your congressman and/or senators - it's a painless and free procedure :)
