I Need help on starting a business in America

Hello

I am a Canadian looking into relocating and starting a business in America. I have heard things like I can't actually run this business myself to I can't live in the states even with my own company. What source would be best to learn the true up to date rules and regulations regarding this topic? My wife is a pharmacist so there is no problem with her getting a visa, need to learn what I am up against though. Thanks in advance, any and all assistance is greatly appreciated. :)

If you can invest 500K min, you an start your own business and get your conditional GC by employing atleast 10 employees.

There are several avenues available to start businessand stay in USA.
