After I was invited, I went to the local INS office to sign my I-89 form and submit my photos. However, I did not get a stamp, for which the explanation was that my application (I-485 thru' marriage) has not yet been approved. Although the officer said that I should get my card with in 3 months.
I don't know what this means but it's making me very nervous. I appreciate any clarifications from those with similar experiences or those who've got an idea of what the heel is going on.
PS: I moved from Atlanta to Denver and made the required adjustments. Also, I have never received a notice for my interview. It's been 2.5 yrs since I filed my application. Aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.........
