My mom just got her approved PERM and about to file for the I-140 and I-485 adjustment. The problem is I just turned 21 last week. I've been living here in the US since I was young and it is only during this time of the year that my mom is finally adjusting to PR. She holds an H1B and I'm already in F1 status (I changed to status because of my age). My question is there anyway I can be included on her I-140 and PR application? I just couldn't understand the legal matters and eligibility of this law called "Age out" something. I read a part which states that if a son/daughter already 21 and unmarried his/her application could be put in a different category something like that.

Could anyone clarify this to me? This is my first time posting.

Thanks!

unfortunately, nothing is going to help you. You aged out BEFORE I-140 was filed for you. CSPA helps those with I-140/I-130 already pending when they turn 21.

this refers to family immigration. Not your case.
