Hi,

My wife planning to visit INDIA for 2 months.using AP. Her AP valid till next year march. is there any limit how many times she can go on AP? Other questions is . anybody is having any idea when i can i get my Re Do FP. (My first FP is done on apr23,2002). What if she get's approval while she is in INDIA?

If your AP is for multiple entry, then there is no limit but the duration cannot exceed 3months i guess(can anyone confirm this).

Regarding your 2nd FP, i would guess it depends on your 485 RD/ND. If you are nov/dec rd, then may be in 2months. But who can guess how bcis works.
If your wife gets approval when she's in india, she can enter using AP without anyproblem.

Please could you tell me where did they mention about duration of stay using AP?

My Mistake

3month duration is mistake. I dont know why but I was under the impression that the travel cannot exceed 3month. Sorry for incorrect info.
