My I-130 for father was approved on 6/20/2011.
I have read all information during NVC processing about required documents to submit.
I understand that I need to submit his passport. However, my dad is living in Germany as an asylee for over decade now. He still has his old passport of our native country, but it was expired and may not actually require.
So my question to any who has an experience like this before or knows anything about this situation, what I need to have to submit in stead of my dad passport.
I appreciate any input.
