that's all they can charge you with possessing.
It is only about conviciton or USCIS can go further than that? Say
if an applicant has a DUI conviction when he was 20, can USCIS also
assume the applicant commited anotehr crime like purchasing alcohol
before turning 21? Is teh following likely to happen
"Where did you get that bottle of beer"
"I bought it from a supermarket"
"So you commited another crime by buying alcohol product when you are not odl enough"
"If you say so but I am not arrested for that"
"So you lied when you answer No to the question have you commited a crime
for which you were not arrested? You don;'t have good moral chracter. I can not approve yoru application
