Hello everyone
I have withholding of removal under asylum since 2005 .I never travel outside unites state since I came in 2002.
I am married, it been now 7 years I never seen my wife. We just talk on the phone every day, it getting harder and harder for both of us. On the other side I just start school to complete my bachelor degree it may take me 3 more years; I spend lot money on school already. But I am missing my love one it affecting deeply my life and my schooling . I would like to know if anyone knows something about such case.
What I suppose to do to see my wife just even just 1 day?
What is my chance if I apply for advance parole to be admitted for re-entering the USA?
 
Withholding of removal means you can stay and work in US but have no privilege to re-enter, as you already know.
US govt wanted to remove you but the court stopped them, they might not let you in once you leave US, even in case u got advance parole.
 
WOR allows u to live in US indefinitely and work by applying for EAD every year.

It doesn't allow u to travel out of the nation and reenter, No GC.

No family petition.

its bit better than being illegal but worst compared to asylum benefit.
 
Dear Dembanah, the reality is what have been said by Johnny 1 and God is green. I understand how you're feeling, there is alot of and stress. I would like to suggest you two points:First, is your wife eligible for the DV lottery? If yes, why can't you tell her to keep playing every year? Who knows if salvation might come her? Is there a way you can also play even though you're in the U.S? I know it is possible, so please think about this point.
The second point: Can you move or immigrate to another country such as Canada? I know it is a little bit easier to immigrate to Canada from the U.S.
