I'm an F-1 engineering student in florida. I left my family on fall 03 to come here to the usa after i received my f1 visa. However being in the usa for the first time I totally fell in love with this country and can only see a future here and no where else. My parents are the best parents in the world. They have financed my education from six grade and now I'm faced with a financial delimma. I'm almost done with my second year of college which was very expensive for the family. My parents have my sister and brother who are still young but need college money as well in the future. If I finish school for the next two years, I will deplete my family money and my brother and sister won't have any money. I love this country yet things seem to get harder for me everyday as I find myself alone in the decision making. I have heard that most non immigrants marry as soon as they can just to get in state tuition and gc of course. Others have the best academic records unlike mine and get many scholarships anywhere they go. A few joined the army and others are looking for any possible way to change their fate which happens to be between the usa immigration departments hands. I hope some people out there feel my pain and worries because I really do feel like an alien in this country at this time. In my journey i took several steps to get my own life toghether and established. I have applied for
1)the diversity lotery
2)on campus job at 6$ an hour
3)id card, for two years no license or car(I pay full out of state tuition which leaves me crossing roads, using public transp. and constantly dreaming of the car i could of bought with my tuition or the down payment i could of made with my two year rent)
4)Trying to establish credit (i still don't have my secured credit card because I can never afford the deposit)
....... There is so much on my mind I feel i'm gonna stop functioning!
Now, after i thought about everything, I'm considering my options carefully. First on my mind is legal help which probably costs too much anyways that is why i'm on internet at least three hours a day.

F1 student
*I want to live, work and study in the USA. I feel the need for freedom, prosperity, equality and democracy in my life which no governement in the world is willing to give me. I strongly believe that some day i will make it and maybe with some guidance and help I might just do that.

I want to change my visa status and i'm considering my option carefully in order not to break any law of whatsoever.
*can i change from f1 to h1 without finishing my degree.
*can i be sponsored by some us citizen
*can i apply for the national interest waiver or any other
*( i speak three languages arabic,french,english)
* can i get a job with the army or better some other agency wishing to exploit my knwoledge of the world)
*I hear mariage in dallas somewhere one can marry and receive their gc in three months true or false
* i received my regestration for selective service system eventhough i didn't sign up. Should i tell them it is a mistake or would be a vital asset towards getting a gc or citizenship.

overall any experienced people out there can u send me suggestions as to what i can do now.

I belive in this country strongly and I belive that my presence here is a vital coonection with the rest of the world.

Some answers to your questions:
*can i change from f1 to h1 without finishing my degree.
Yes you can, but H1 is for specialty occupations and in general requires a minimum of bachelor degree or an equivalent number of years work experience

*can i be sponsored by some us citizen
You can get married with a US citizen... there is no such thing as being sponsored as far as I know.

*can i apply for the national interest waiver or any other
No, not that I know of

*( i speak three languages arabic,french,english)
That is not going to help you much.

* can i get a job with the army or better some other agency wishing to exploit my knwoledge of the world)
You need to be a US citizen or green card holder to enlist with the army. The same holds for most US government jobs.

*I hear mariage in dallas somewhere one can marry and receive their gc in three months true or false
Marriage with a US citizen ang teh process of getting a GC is everywhere the same in the US.

* i received my regestration for selective service system eventhough i didn't sign up. Should i tell them it is a mistake or would be a vital asset towards getting a gc or citizenship.
This would be a mistake. There are certain things such as voting that can actually make it more difficult to get a gc.

I suggest you finish your school. The US is a great place with lots of opportunity, but lots of hardship as well when you are just starting out. Having a degree will help you in getting a job that eventually can sponsor your greencard. And it might help you to save some money for your sibblings education. I wish you the best and good luck!

thanks for the advice

I'm glad someone answered my question this site is the best immiragtion site ever. Thank you bily bob and I would like to ask for the SSS selective service.
*Should I tell them it was a mistake yes or no.
*and what about voting? u said it was harder to obtain gc
*also do u happen to know companies that sponsor internationals
*can i establish credit and improve my score, can i apply for loans without cosigner or mortgage. I read that I'm allowed to own property but not manage it. If i own a house in florida does it make me a florida resident

Thanks in advance

*Should I tell them it was a mistake yes or no.

You can notify them that you are an nonresident alien.

*and what about voting? u said it was harder to obtain gc

You CANNOT vote.

*also do u happen to know companies that sponsor internationals

Lots of companies sponsor, but it's hard to find a job that you can get sponsored for without a degree.

*can i establish credit and improve my score, can i apply for loans without cosigner or mortgage. I read that I'm allowed to own property but not manage it.

You can apply, but with a job that pays $6 you are unlikely to receive a loan.

* If i own a house in florida does it make me a florida resident

No. You are still a nonresident alien.
