I need advice regarding Case Status Online.

hi, my mother had her FP done 09/2004, so far the case status page still remains unchanged.

Her ND is 09/2000

Is there any chance that the CIS didn't get the results from FBI? should I cantact them?

the thing is my father and I also had our FT done in 07/2004 and the case status paged updated only daily after our FT was taken.we are deriative asylees and both our ND is 08/2001.

I need advice about what to do. any suggestion is welcomed.
 
Both me and my wife had FP done last year and the date never changed and so did many on this forum. This year we both got RFE and RFI and the case update date changed two or three times before the requests were sent out by the INS. I would not worry about the FP..... You might be getting RFI soon ..unless you did sent medicals with I485
