Thanks for everyone supporting me, I just call to kcc, and they asked me to fill ds form. As i understand there still chances. Cross fingers.

Good luck, will you let us know if you receive an interview letter? It would probably be mid-late July if you are to get one.

(You do know to check on the same ESC website as your first selection letter is posted even if you don't get the kcc email right? - as the kcc emails sometimes go astray)

Sounds good. Just be 100% sure that your personal CN number actually already has or will become Current in September, in order to avoid any unnecessary drawbacks as mentioned by SusieQQQ. Otherwise I'd definitely give it a try, however remote the chance... Good luck!
