Hey guys.

My ESC says "no beneficiaries".

I married at 1 September 2013 (15 days ago).

I asked to the consular center in my country and they said me just to send new forms to them.

Anybody in this situation too?

I understand that i don't need to send the forms to KCC.

If you are not current, or will not be current soon, resend the forms to KCC. You'll be better off. Showing up at the interview with a status that is different from your submitted forms is a bit risky; still acceptable, but would call for greater scrutiny.

Hey c1984. Thanks for the information.

My interview is in October. The interview date has been scheduled before i got married. My marriage date was scheduled even before we applied for green card lottery. And when we applied for the lottery a year ago, we wrote the same address because we were sharing the same house.
So, greater scrutiny doesn't matter for me and my wife.

Well, if your interview is scheduled for October, then you really don't have the KCC option. You can only deal with the consulate.

Be ready to make your case with pictures and any evidence of a longtime relationship.

The fact that you used the same address on the eDV application will be of little significance to the CO. You should still be prepared for the marriage to be highly scrutinized when you show up for the interview in view of the fact that the marriage actually took place after being selected and scheduled for an interview.

You will need lots of evidence. The claim about your marriage being scheduled prior to being selected will work greatly in your favor, provided you're able to show evidence of this. Also be prepared with lots of proof to support the long standing presence of your relationship. Just like C1984 stated, your showing up for the interview with a status different from what they have on record for you is an instant red flag.

does it matters either it is love marriage or arrange marriage??

Love based or arranged marriage is of little interest to the CO. You need to prove it's not a green card based marriage, that is a marriage entered into solely for the purpose of getting a GC.

One thing that could help is pictures of a real ceremony with lots of guests.

Having had a romantic relationship makes it more readily defensible as people are more likely to be able to produce lots of pictures and evidence that the couple always intended to get married.

we have photos of our ceremony. we have our photos from our trips. we have e-mails sent from 2 years ago. we have banking transactions that my wife sent 2 years ago. also we will have another wedding ceremony this week in my hometown (so excited). we also are working in the same company. we have a joint bank safe. we have same passport validity end dates. also i think my wife being well educated and having studied in the UK will be a plus for us.

Thanks.
