My I765 and these guys's I765 are same date ... i don't know why mine is not approved.

1765 are filed for different categories. if u check the current processing times at USCIS website u can see that there are different categories with different dates. ours is still sep 11 processing date, we fall in "Based on a pending I-485 adjustment application [(C)(9)]".
