This question isn't really regarding immigration, more like just legal marriage process. I am asking here because I will be going through immigration stuff afterward, I visit here often and reply for this would be quick (just please let me know if it is 'correct' or not)
I know states may vary but to get married (FL in my case), me and my partner go to the courthouse or something w/ witness to get license, then I get that signed by a priest or someone else qualified after wedding within certain date before the license expires (60 days for FL) and that signed document is sent back to gov't and marriage is completed??
