I heard NYC filer always take longer time getting approval due to tranfer, it is ture?

I too posted similar discussion did not see this one ...anyways here are the details...

How about you guys? How come you did not post any information about your dates?
I spoke to the IIO this morning and she said that they recieved the FP results end of Jan(even though AVM says that FP results have been received on Dec 28 and Processing resumed ..blah blah) and my application is waiting in the queue not yet assigned to an officer.
Very discouraging.
The reason it takes more time for NY fellows(I believe) is that the FP results took almost three months to reach the Vermont center. As a result eventhough you have early RD\'s and ND\'s you are still stuck with no FP results.
Hope by the end of the month some miracle will happen.
