I have some questions about preparing this form ( I-131 - Application for Travel Document):

I am currently on H1B visa and my husband has just become a citizen. So I am getting ready to file the whole I-485. One of the form of this package is I-131. I choose option "d" for part 2. Is this correct ??

For part 3, the second last question has 3 choices. It ask "Where do you want this travel document sent.", but none of the choices apply to my case. What should I do?? I didn\'t fiil in the address in part 2 because I am inside US on H1B. Anyone can help me on this one? Thanks!

Doesn\'t your application say , if you are applying for advance parole skip to part 7!!
Skip part 3 afte answering frist 2 questions.
