I Have Joint Sponsor - Questions about I-864

I have a joint sponsor who more than meets all the requirements.
Not related, lives in His own home.
Do I or Should I fill out part 7 of I-864.
I know its optional just want to avoid RFE
Also since I have a joint sponsor can I just send in last years taxes
and not last 3 years. Again just dont want RFE to delay it.
I plan on sending in last 6 months of pay stubs
and employment letter.
Thanks so much for any help on the matter.
I just got NOA 2 and am so nervous about this step.
 
No, you don't need to fill out part 7 (assets) if you don't want to. It won't help you anyway, since you have a joint sponsor.
 
We have co sponsored our daughter in law who now wants a divorce since she got her green card 2 months ago. What are our liabilities? This was obviously a fraudulent marriage on her part. Any recourse?
