I reactenly did my Medical Exmination and Biography 325A and i would like to find out if i lost the yellow paper from USCIS could i mail in a copy of the letter long with my examination results. because i lost the original copy. If some one could get back to me as soon as possible i would truly appreciate because i would like to mail these documents tomorrow to USCIS.

Pedro, You have no other choice. First of all are you nuts? How can you lose such an important piece of paper. That yellow paper had a bar code on the letter with your name and when the employee gets it, he/she just scans it and puts in your folder.
A copy does not work since original is needed..however you dont have any choice. If you can't find the yellow paper, send a copy..I would suggest copying it on a yellow paper and hope that somoeone punches the bar code number thinking that there is a mal function.

1) Buy a yellow paper to make copy
2) In case you can't make yellow copy, you still can use white copy. Without yellow page, there maybe a few days delay. Be sure to send your mail by over-night mail.

Your lawyer's office should get the 2nd copy of that yellow paper. You could ask your lawyer give you the 2nd orginal copy.
