I have a TN visa and I also am a winner of DV2012

Hi folks,

Am currently in the USA on a TN work visa and luckily, my DV2012 was also selected.
How can I proceed with my application? I want to adjust status here in USA, but in case my Greencard is denied, does that mean I have to give up my TN visa also?
