I have a problem submitting an application

I am trying to submit an application but I always receive an error message after submitting the first part and it indicates that the page cannot be displayed. I have also tried to validate a photo but I receive the same message, and the next page never opens. I have been through this since this morning and I am using Internet Explorer 7.0..

Anyone experiencing the same problem?

Try a different browser, a different computer or a different type of entry.
