I am petitioning for my wife to get her GC. She was in H1B, but now changed status to F1. I am planning to submit all forms: I-130, I-485, I-765, I-693, I-864, G-325A at the same time.

Question 1:
Form G-325A, page 1 top right there is a "File Number A____ "
and also at the bottom (box) "Alien Registration Number"
What A# should I fill out for my wife? I don't think she has A#
She has her I-94 number from her I-20, should I use this I-94 number?

Question 2:
One of the evidence I need to provide is a her translated birth certificate.
Do I need to get legal certification for the translated version? how do get the certification?

Question 3:
Form I-485 Part 2, asked for "I am applying for an adjustment to permanent resident status because" Which option should my wife checked?
I will become a naturalized US citizen on 24 April 2008 (YES!), so she is applying for adjustment of status based on marrying a US citizen, but I don't see this option. Should she check option "h" i.e. Other basis of eligibility

Question 4:
Should I send the original copy of my US citizen certificate, or a copy is acceptable?

THANK YOU, I appreciate any of your help.

1) Nothing, leave it blank.

2) No, just get someone who speaks that language translate it and that person needs to sign a statement that they are fluent in that language and English and that the text is properly translated (can't be a family member).

3) Based on the filed I-130 petition.

4) NEVER SEND ANY ORIGINALS TO THE BLACK HOLE THAT IS USCIS. YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR DOCUMENTS AGAIN. Copies are fine.

nscagony, thank you for your prompt reply.

On no. 2. Do the statement & signature need to be placed in the translated document (same page) or on separate sheet of paper?

I look forward to positively contributing to this forum like you.
