I am from Turkey and won dv2012. I have 2 kids under 21.
First question, 1 of my kid does not want to come to the USA.
Also, my wife will stay in Turkey and she will not come.
As a result, my youngest kid also will stay in Turkey because mom is not coming.
My question:

If I send my DSP 211 form and DS 230 form only for myself, what will happen?
1. For now, they definately will not come. But will they be able to come after I got citizenship 5-6 years later?
How is process going? What should I do? Can anyone please help me?

Or, if I write their name on 31b (Persons name in 14 and 29 who will follow you to the USA at a later date.
What is this later date mean exactly. Can be next year? Can be 2-3 year? Any certain time?

Second question
2. When is the last day of sending these forms to the the USA?

Nope, either they come now or they have to wait until you become a citizen. I'm not sure how they will handle it at the time of the interview since basically you break up your family and that is not what the lottery is meant to do...never heard of something like your case...

To me it is weird that a father wants to leave his family behind...sorry JMO.
 
Father wants their family with them. They wanted to come at the first. But now they do not.
He does not know what to do exactly. I hope they chance their mind right before sending their documents.
