I got I-94 for 6 months on B1. Is it error??

Your I-94 is valid for 6 months, no error. No need to apply for extension. Why would you need one anyways?

Hi All,
I got I-94 for 6 months at immigration. Can I stay continuously in US for 6 months as I have Valid I-94 for 6 months?? Or I need to apply for extension after 3 months??

I am in confusion. Please clarify me on this.
