HI GUYS I WENT TODAY TO MY FP APPOINTMENT TWENTY MINUTES BEFORE, IT TOOK JUST 5 TO BE DONE, THE PERSON THERE TOLD ME THAT IN 2 MONTHS I WILL HAVE ENTERVIEW AND COUPLE WEEKS AFTER THAT I WILL GET MY GREEN CARD ON THE MAIL

can you check your priority date. also which state did you file from. I hope whatever the officer said is true.

I guess it is the PD for FP. Can you tell your original PD i.e the date you filed labor or your I-140 (EB1/NIW) and also the STATE. This will give us a general idea of the processing times. because 2 months after FP if a person gets interview, then its the coolest thing on earth :)
 
I got my FP within one month too.

I filed my I485 when I140 is still pending. Maybe it is the new rule?
 
485 filed 08/13,got FP notice 09/21

I-140 (EB2-NIW) is still pending for more than 5 months ( ND 03/25/02). File I485 with I140 receipt on Aug.13

Question is : I do not have any PD in both I140 and I485 receipt,
what does that mean ?

thats because your 140 has not been approved

in NIW case, after approval the dt of 140 filing becomes PD in contrast to regular filers where LC filing dt is PD.
Once the NIW is pproved..then you can have your PD.
