Did you eventually write the letter or email to senator? I remember you discussed that issue in another post. My husband is still waiting w/o any updated info. he did code 1 in Dec.

In you signature, I say that you never had BIO, is it for all the people or for some of them,

Gywlu,I called my congressman's office and they asked me when did I last
heard from INS and I told them around 5 weeks ago for Code 1 and they told me to call back after 7and half months.

Thanks. :) It seems like nothingelse can be done except waiting. :confused:
 
Gywlu,At this point it looks like that.
Do you think you may need to do code 1,if your FP is expired.
Just an idea
