A friend of mine has a problem with his son who is going to be deported from the country where he was a student for the past 10 years, he is going to be deported because he abandoned University and they send a notice to deport him in the next 10 days! Same time his parents(US citizen) where petitioned for him immigration visa in US. A question how his immigration petition in US affect him in future?
