I found today's APPROVALS too. WOW!!

Hi 485sub
My EAC # is EAC0205051XXX

I don't want to give false hope to anybody by posting fake info. Processing is still very slow. My wife's case is still not approved. My lawyer said it's the first case she heard as approved after almost two months.

PatienceGC,
How can you possibly say it looks fishy? Thats ridiculous.

Look at the FIRST post in the thread. It gives you the entire #, which you can check for yourself and verify the approval. It may or may not be the approval of RA; but the number are identical up to the end.

Do some research instead of just theorizing. It is fully substantiated.
Don't be so paranoid.

These two cases are approved today. They are not transfer cases. But not sure whether it is a age out case.

eac0205052359
eac0205052400

These cases were transfered yesterday.

eac0205050255
eac0205050296
eac0205051197

It looks like VSC is working

I can say anything I want especially if its true! If it sounds ridiculous to you thats fine by me. Thats why I said that its just my opinion.

We dont know what the first posting's details are. Why dont you read the subsequent posts that suggest that it might be an age-out case or maybe a transfer that was approved after an interview?

To me the EAC and ND dont seem to match.

Why do the two approvals have to be the very first posting?

If you think its genuine, good. Good luck to you! I have been here long enough to see the theories proposed by people. One thing that I believe to be accurate is the EAC-ND relationship. Also I havent seen many RD 10/18 (which is mine) and above have an ND near 11/19 but I agree that that doesnt mean much.

I dont see why this posting seems "substantiated" to you!

Thank you.

You've been around long enough....
who hasn't at this point.
I'm also as skeptical as many, however

It would seem to be substantiated by the fatc that in the online case status it is approved as of January 2nd, 2003. So how can it be "fishy" if the approval is verified like this. Perhaps it is an ageout or RFE (my RFE has been pending for 3 months, so that to me would be good news as well).

when you say it is fishy, it seems to question the fact that there is an approved case. There is nothing "fishy" about it. It is approved.

RAs number matches exactly to the number in the original thread, as well.

B V, a request -- have you run the script and are your results its result? If yes, have you run all the EAC#'s from

EAC0205051000 to EAC0205052000 ??

if not can you please do that and post the results?

Thanks!

Since R A says his EAC# is EAC0205051XXX, the above will be a good test.

R A -- Sorry, it's not that I don't/don't want to believe you but since some people do doubt your approval, this will be a way of proving it.

In the first post:
GCASAP posted this number: eac0205051067

Approved on January 2. It is consistent with RAs approval.

Its wierd that some of us are questioning others about their approval. On the same note, I dont understand why someone would get this ' false hope' from others approval. Others approval doesnt mean anything..I have a freind with 10.15 got approved and yet 10.01 is still 'being processed'. and some of 11.19 got approved. Whats the trend? Nothing... its sheer luck

and good luck to all of us
