I found a wallet but i want to keep it

usually when you find a wallet you cannot keep the money in it (green card) however the one the vallet belogs to gives you a bonus or at least something so you get happy because it was not your fault. In every case this happens (you qualify at least for further processing).
So your example is totally wrong. sorry find a better one. BTW are you over 18 years? It looks to me (the way you write) you are between 12-15 years.

Keep waiting, you're a desperate poor fella and i pity you for real so instead of whining on all threads of this board and harassing people who screwed your dreams, i advise you to do something useful and not to be one of those who writes only on the internet.
