im so happy!!!!!! finally after all iv been through and all the bad times iv experienced after this very long journey today it came to an end.
Yesterday when i got back from work i check my answering machine and my lawyer left me a message telling me to call her back(didt tell me the reason).so today in the morning i called her and guess what good news my GC had arrived.i imediatelly went to my lawer office to pick it up and i finally have it in the palm of my hand.
IM SOOO HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
good luck to everybody and my only advice is to be patient but also to constanlly check ur status online the message can change any time.

4/11/07-card sent
4/27/07-card returned as undeliverable(they sent it to a wrong adress Human mistake)
5/15/07- i called the 800 number to change my adress and have the gc resent to the right adress and the woman told me that they were gonna send the GC within 45 days(my faul i stop checking my status online for a month and that same month they sent it and returned the GC).
5/28/07- i got desperate and made an infopass apointment online.
6/7/07-(infopass apointment day) i went to the uscis building in Manhattan NY and talk to an immigration officer, the officer told me that they had an incorrect adress in the system that that was the reason they had mailed the GC to the wrong adress and she updated my adress and told me that it was better to have my GC sent to my adress not to my lawers adress so she put mine as my mailing adress and told me to wait a month.
6/7/07-the message online change to "the card has been sent to the adress we have on files wait 30 days".
6/11/07- The plastic arrived to my lawers office.
6/12/07- I went to my lawers office to pick up my Green Card.
i hope this helps people that find themselfs in the same situation i was.
