I fill EAD for myself

I have my original I-485 receipt with me, may I fill EAD for myself without a lawyer?
what other document needed here?

Yes, you can file it yourself. It's very simple.
If you don't have the form, download it from INS site:

http://www.ins.gov

The application form lists all the documents required.
