I-EAD after RFE on I 140???

Hi

Concurrent filing at VSC

RD 07/15/03
ND 07/28/03

RFE-09/03/03
RFE response sent - 10/05/03
RFE receipt date by INS - 10/14/03
EAD was put on hold due to the RFE

Question - now that I have sent in my response to RFE----

1. Can I get I-EAD from local office at Hartford
2. What do I need to carry?
3. Anyone who has gone to Hartford office- Your comments and experience?
4. Any phone nos for the local office?

Thanks will really appreciate a response as my husband has a job offer and cannot take it till EAD comes in - desperate for the EAD....

I saw some where on this forum said that 90 days for iEAD will start again when you received RFE on I-140. I am quite sure it is the case for CSC but do not know for another service center. Anybody can confirm that?
 
Once RFE received the 90 days stops when you reply for RFE and is received by BCIS then count 90 days and you will be eligible for iEAD ONLY if the BCIS is convinced with your RFE response
