I checked online case status page for my AP, here is the message:

"Application Type: I131, APPLICATION FOR BCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT

Current Status:

On September 9, 2003, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."

DOES THIS MEAN THAT APPLICATION FOR AP HAS BEEN APPROVED.
