I cannot get through the INS phone .... I assume my case is being assigned to an IIO

I talked to an IIO 12:15 pm and here is the conversation:

IIO: How can I help you?
Me: Fuck you bitch.
IIO: Can I please have your A# ?
Me: No you Ahole.
IIO: Sorry, I can\'t give you the information.
Me: I want to shove mine in your wet stuff
IIO: It takes between 1 to 4 months to approve this kind of case

Most of the time I have tried calling IIO in the morning (8.10 a.m). You get the line in 6-7 redials and the wait time is
less.
