I believe CSC new I-485 processing time will not go [RUMOR]

Hi, all,

I believe the I-485 processing time will not move even one day in their new JIT report that will be released soon. I also believe the probabilty for it to progress even one day before the middle of this year will be less than that of you can find the biggest diamond in the Pacific within 1 second. ;)

Since I found that all recent reported approvals were still before 12/16/01, I could make such guess. The fact will prove my guess, believe it or not. I remember last year, the excuse from CSC was religious workers and TPS. We have hoped to see the progress after 10/1/03, now what can we hope? No new excuses even given now, who cares our poor long-waiters, we are nothing to them... :mad: The longer you wait, and if you get trouble before your final decision date, you will be kicked off automatically... What a great trick and anti-immigrant policy... :mad: Use your youth and energy when you have, and kick you off when you lose them. Maybe like the new proposed law for illegal workers... The same trick, :mad:

What you're saying is probably true. But that doesn't buy us much. The fact is the current anti-immigration mood is not changing anytime soon.

Start by joining petitions, sending faxes, etc., as our friends on this forum have provided us with plenty such movements.

Thanks! Actually, I have faxed complaints, send mails and emails to congress people in my district. You know what we can get, some routing sentences.

I believe all of us deserve the fair treatment, however, we do not have any political rights. We do not hope to hear more excuses (now they even do not want to give such excuses since we are nothing to them) Actually, this long wait has made me and many of us suffered a lot, but even no one cares about. Seems even NOT-CALL bill is even more important, so ridiculus... :mad:

Hey 140_takes_4ever is helping the forum to clear some clutter. Its good if you can identify threads as RUMOUR and SPAM. That helps us to decide whether to access it or not. Chill out.

Hi, Dude, Relax.

the topic here is indeed nonsense, it will be more practical to sign the petition or send an email to congress man. 140_takes_4ever's intention is good, he wants more people to take action rather than pathetic. we need these kinds of people in this community.

:) Over2years, You funny non entity, can you give me two good reasons why you object to my friendly reminder/suggestion to show some consideration to the forum members? Don't you think that following some community decided rules will go a long way towards improving how this forum is used?

If you actually remembered this guy from that thread, your memory is astounding. I had no bloody clue who this joker was, totally forgotten that thread.

Though I thought I did apologise to Mr. Big Mouth, almost immediately, not sure why he is still pissed at me. Not that it matters.

It is a forum that everyone shows his/her concerns in a polite way. Sometimes there may be some bad news or even not news at all, just concerns. But we should act in a polite way to express it, no matter what, it is not a place to put harsh words.
Meanwhile, moderator is a volunteer role to help to unite our efforts and let more people to join what is correct thing to help us and all related people. Some people may have different opinions, that is ok, but to be polite is a basic manner in the world to solve problem, not harsh words.
Just my 2 cents.
