Then problem now, when I obtained all my records, the court disposition was “discharge from probation as unimproved from failing to complete DUI course”. which I thought was dismissed. I have no criminal record, and I still have the my drivers license, I was never convicted but now I’m worried that if I send these records I might get denied. So what do I do?
I Applied for citizenship and passed but because I put my DUI case in the application they asked for more documents about my case
