My Dear Friends,

I would like to share my happiness with all of you. Just now i received eamils from USCIS, My GC approoooooooooooooooooooooved on 04/19/2005. I hope, i am the luckiest person in the forum. My labor took more than 3 years, whereas 140/485 with in 4 months.

That was really quick. I guess PD is the way to go in case one has an immigrant visa available.

It seems USCIS is processing based on PD not on 485 RD. This clearly shows the difference between the processing times and the approval trends.
Interestingly TSC or any other service center is not publishing which PD they are processing but only they are mentioning 485 appication RD. To me that is wrong info.
What you all think. Or am I wrong???

They are NOT processing based on PD NEITHER they are processing based on RD. They are processing more or less randomly.

I think TSC is too random to deduce any conclusions from what they are doing. My PD : May , 20001. RD: May, 2004, FP : March 5th , 2005 .. Waiting for Approval ...

I must agree with gvrg and slt. I'd also add LUD to gvrg's list!

sai1234. did u notice any LUD change after ur FP.
I didn't see any LUD change after my FP (02/26/2005).

TSC works strange.. :mad: :confused:
