I feel like kicking their $%^!!!

We send a renewal for EAD for my wife (VSC)...ND is begining of August. Called them after 90 days to see what's going on, they told me that I have to wait until 30 days are passed in the processing time web page (for example - if ND is January 10, I have to wait until it shows that they are working on May 10....go figure - they say 60-90 days, but actually it is 120 days.

Anyways, today I received an email that they sent me RFE....

So why, you A%^&*(#$ in the USCIS, why are you treating us like this? Why did you wait till now to ask for RFE? Just so now I'll have to wait another 90 days?
And what exactly do you need that you don't already have...?! It's a renewal , not a new application.

Yes, I know we are in your dirty hands, but why treating us like animals...?

Go figure, America the greatest. Greatest my you-know-what....
 
First of all, it did help ME...I felt much better after I let some steam out.

Second - I hope you are "old" enough (in this process I mean) to know that it doesn't help if you call them...this is a "Service Center", they know nothing more than you do, and the only thing you'll get if you call and take your steam out on them will be a stupid letter saying "your case is still in the process of blah blah blah...".

The only option of talking to someone who might have some info, or could give you more reasonable answers is to make an appointment in a local office, but as I mentioned in another thread - we are in their hands and they treat us like animals because USCIS is the most un-efficiant office in the U.S. government, with zero accountability.

Oh no, it can be much worse. I asked them, rather testily, why my case was not being processed way after it's due date. The response was a veiled threat to put my case at the bottom of the pile if I called again. His voice and tone left no room for any doubt as to his seriousness.
 
that is why this forum is there...to rant and rave. take out your frustrations...
what else we can do? USCIS is gonna do what its gonna do....

we are mere pawns here. you wanna GC ..we just need to SHUT UP and stand on line.

i always expect the WORST when it comes to USCIS....so there will not be any surprises if things go wrong. if something good indeed happens...then assume you hit lottery.

In the meantime, we received RFE - they wanted (another) copy of our I94...I say another because I submitted a copy with the original renewal request.
Now I suspect that we are in trouble because we have a valid E1, but the last I94 was based on AP...so I don't know how they are going to "treat" my wife...did she loose her legibilitty for EAD based on E1 becasue we entered on AP, meaning we are awaiting approval of I485...?!

Go figure...
