what AVM was saying after received:
"...your application was received on August..." or
"...your application was received on October..." ???

It was received in August (RD) and then entered into their system in Oct (ND)

this is my second appilication. the first one is long and pain waiting. So I started the second one, which is very smooth. My lesson is to keep up with the case to make sure it is going normally.
