:( Its been 29 months since I applied for my I485, got 3 EAD and 3 Paroles and 2 FPs. 7 months completed after replying to RFE and still waiting for approval. Contacted senator 45days ago and got the same information (RD not in processing time frame). USCIS does not seem to care people like us who have been waiting and waiting and waiting for so long. Ofcourse there are still people whose RD is much before me and I hope they would get their approvals soon. Spending 80% of active time on this board, congratulating everyone on their approvals. Don't get me wrong, now I am tired of visiting this board and congratulating everyone whose RD is much later than mine. There is no concept of priority for USCIS. I have decided atleast I would try hard not to visit this forum as often as I do. Please accept my congrats to whoever got approved and advance congrats for future approvals too.

I don't get it ...

If you work hard and achieve something ... it is god's virtue/blessing .....
If you work hard and don't get it ... it is because ... you might have done some mistake/sin in the past or a sin in your past life ...

Hmm .... What sort of judgement is that ... ? trying to keep god clean all the time ?

Before writing anything .. think for your self ..... and write ... and I am not starting any thread for atheists ...

nsc121901 I sympathise with you and all others waiting from 2001. As a July 2002 filer myself I too am frustrated now and then to se the randomness of NSC adjudications. Don't lose heart. Pretty soon your turn will come.

GC, relax man. Talk to a few asylees who applied for AOS and you'll feel better...They're waiting 5-8 years on average.

There is no connection between Asylum and Employment case. We cannot always compare. Someone is always better than you and you are always better than someone. Atleast I think everybody should get their fair share. We are talking about USCIS randomness Can you please post your case details ?????

Sometime it seems we seem to dwell too much on why we are not getting GC while others are being approved. It just leads to more frustration and angry feelings. I myself sometime find looking at this forum hoping for miracles.
Maybe its time to take a break and enjoy good things life has to offer. I am heading for camping for this long weekend. Enjoy the summer and the long weekend.:-)
