I am really happy that AVM is saying Approved

MIne is ND september 2000,RFE issued on Aug 2nd
and approved on AUG 30th as per AVM.

I am really happy,I really got benefitted from this site and also from immitracker.com.It gave me the patience to wait and from core of my heart wishing everybody who are waiting to get it, as soon as possible .

Question on RFE

First of all, congratulations!!!
I have a question, I sent the response to the RFE last week,
the AVM says they received it on Aug 30th. But says that
this case will take 540 days! The RFE was simple Medical
for my wife.
Any idea what this means?
how did your AVM sound after they received your RFE?
please answer, if you can...

We sent two birth certificate affidavits,one from parents and another from family friends(any third party),and one non-availability of birth certificate from health directorate.

The AVM used to say that,in my case it was also saying that ,so don\'t worry,hopefully you will get it next week.

Question on birth certificate

Hi,

     Was your RFE on birth certificate? Do you need to send additional birth affidavit from third person other than two affidavits from parents?

One from any of the parents where both the parents name must be there and another from third party,in total two affidavits.
