I got my 140 approved, priority date not current yet. My current salary is less than the PWD filed. I under the employer only need to pay the PWD after my GC approved.
My question is, will I get any problem when I file my 485? Will USCIS ask me submit all the W2 and paystub starting from PERM approved? Will USCIS issue RFE for company "ability to pay" issue?
