A2: 90 days for EAD. Around 12 months for GC.
A3: There will be an interview for GC.

A5: At your AOS interview, they will care about you, not your family.

1. Will the immigration check my home?

2. How long will it take for me to receive a work permit and a green card?

3. Will I go in for an interview first before recieving a work permit and a green card?

4. What are the questions will they ask me and my wife since this is a green card through marriage (Please list)

5. Will they ask where the rest of my family are? (I'm sure the immigration will see that we all came here in March 2001 and they will see my family's name)
