Hey guys.... my case got approved at last on 2/25/04. WOW........I got relief from uncertainity, unbearable pain and agony.

Though I got 2nd EAD but I kept my H1 visa.
RFE 11/20/03 for Pay stubs and Emp. letter
I am with same employer since 1/24/01.
