I am on F1 Visa - status adjustment by marrying US citizen.

Hi all,

I am on F1 and in BS Senior. My F1 visa is approved up to August 2005. My girl friend is US citizen. Both of us are from INDIA origin and would like to go for traditional marriage. We would like to complete MS before marriage
I have the following Questions:

1)How can I adjust my status with out continuing on F1
and get GC before completing my Masters?
2) And at what time should I apply for adjustment of Status?
 
this is hw it goes. if ur girlfriend is a us citizen then u can apply for ur green card right after marriage. when u apply she has to sponser u and give an affidavit of support tht she can bear ur expenses. as u say u both r in school then she can have a joint affidavit.apply for ur adjustment of status, employment authorazation and if u every want to go out of the country then apply advance parole. how much time for adjustment tht depends on the place u file. but if u r doing BS and want to do MS then i think by tht time ur green card will come.after adjustment of status application is approveed by the USCIS tht is u get an alien no. then u will no longer be on F-1 visa. i hope this help.
