I am on B1... Should I file my H1

Hi

I am currently in US on B1. Now my company wants me to file my H1 after I get back to India. But I wish to plan for my studies from July 2006(which is my top priority). Would I jeopardize my chance of getting an F-1, if I file for a H1 now and be not able use it ?? Please help.

No, not at all. Better come with H1 and change to F1. (you can avoid F1 rejection)
