I am hoping to get an answer for the following. I submitted three I-130's for my wife and two children when I was a permanent resident. Before I became a US citizen, my wife's case had been approved by USCIS and forwarded to NVC. I had paid the AOS fee and received the IV bill fee.
Now that I have become a US citizen, I have notified NVC via an email.
How will NVC handle all three cases now? will I need to submit a new AOS and/or IV application for each child separately? or will my children remain on their mum's application?
