Halo Need suggession/help
I will be layoff from the company which is filed
I am expecting anytime.
Company could not wait till I get approval
What should I do and what will be my status

I know most of them got approved.

Any input is appreciated.

Keeping my fingures cross waiting for approval by month end.

Any advice
 
You should start looking for another job immediately. You're in legal status since you've filed for adjustment of status (I-485).
 
But do I need to take any layoff letter from company does it help
anyway just in case if not approved by end of this month
 
Try to extend your stay

Ask your employer to see if they can give you a non-paid vacation so that you can maintain your status.
 
I am sincerely trying for a new job
But what if I dont get a job does it cause any problem in the status.

I talked to attorney he said there are chances of getting approved by this month end
I asked him is there any chance of getting RFE He said NO because they have filed all the required papers and also additional filing with employment letter in NOV
