if the uscis put you in a removal proceeding,even you send your i-751 to them that you application will be denied. then you have to file the motion to reopen.

i think you should try to talk to an immigration lawyer and file i-751 with a reasonable explanation why it is delayed as soon as possible

yes I do, but I don't think I'm illegal resident like someone entering USA illegally.
I'm still married to the same person.

If you leave before being able to reinstate your status, you won't be able to return unless the whole process is redone and you do consular processing. That would mean more $$$ to spend, and another 6-12 months of waiting outside the US.
