Did you open the mail? If not, just mark the mail "undeliverable" and send it back.
If yes, that could be trouble for you, since it's an official government mail piece addressed to her, and you opened it.
 
Give them to your attorney. Let him deal with them as you should not have contact with your wife if at all possible. This is for your protection; if you do not see her, she cannot accuse you of abuse.

the greenscard mail that the visa center sent had my name on that as well with my wife name..
